I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean and cozy with good amenities, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was great, and the location was very nice. However, the dining experience could be improved a bit. Overall, a comfortable and convenient choice.
The hotel's rooms looked exactly like in the pictures, all colorful and fun. However, my room was a bit smaller than my expectation, and I needed to keep the window open for ventilation which made it a little noisy despite being large.
The hotel is situated in a trendy neighborhood of Neubau with plenty of great cafes and ethnic restaurants nearby. The rooms, although a bit tiny, are comfortable even for a solo traveler, and everything you need, like a hairdryer in the compact bathroom, is available. The service provided was extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. The location is rather convenient, close to bus stops and Westbahnhof, offering easy access to transportation options. The dining experience offers a great variety of food and drinks, catering to different preferences. Overall, a cozy stay with some minor room for improvement in terms of room lighting and space.
